1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Webzya’s website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2) Services

We provide digital marketing and related services as scoped in proposals, SOWs, or order forms mutually agreed in writing.

3) Eligibility & Accounts

You represent that you are at least 18 and have authority to bind your organisation. You’re responsible for maintaining account security and accuracy of information.

4) Fees & Payment

  • Fees, billing frequency, and taxes are defined in the agreed proposal/SOW.
  • Late payments may incur delays, suspension, or interest as permitted by law.

5) Client Content & IP

You grant us a limited licence to use your assets solely to provide services. Unless otherwise agreed, deliverables are licensed for your business use upon full payment.

6) Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful use of the site/services.
  • No attempts to disrupt systems, scrape data without consent, or violate third-party rights.

7) Third-Party Tools

We may integrate third-party platforms (analytics, ad networks, etc.). Their terms and policies apply in addition to ours.

8) Warranties & Disclaimers

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee specific rankings, outcomes, or uninterrupted availability.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webzya is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Webzya against claims arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11) Termination

Either party may terminate per the SOW or applicable notice. Upon termination, accrued fees remain payable.

12) Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13) Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
